Hotspot

The Amocom "Hotspot in a
Box" (HIB) enables anybody with an "always-on"
internet connection to setup a managed professional
charged hotspot solution for Eur 109
(excluding VAT and Shipping). This plug 'n go solution
includes both 802.11b and 802.11g radio with a 4-port
ethernet switch, enabling the addition of a wired network
or further Access Points.

WISP
in a Box
One of the problem areas we have
found in establishing
a fixed wireless broadband network (WISP) is the lack
of a set of integrated functions that bind radio access
to the upstream bandwidth pipe. The cost of purchasing
components and skills to perform this “binding”
function is prohibitive. The Amocom "WISP in a
Box" (WIB) which is built on the Amocom Core Network
platform, not only provides a cost effective solution
to this problem but also offers a comprehensive complimentary
set of functions which enables the rapid setup and low
